Advisory services provide counsel and support to existing leadership in pursuit of organizational objectives. More than just a sounding board, CExOGroup advisors use an agenda driven methodology to work with existing leadership to achieve results. Regular meetings, independent study and analysis, and clear and precise recommendations are standard fair. Advisors are also invaluable for testing and exploring new ideas, opportunities and proposed relationships. CExOGroup is also available to serve on boards of directors and advisory panels. Professional fees are retainer based.
